Moving Forward Lincoln
Peer support groups for women no longer in an abusive relationship.
MovingForward-Lincoln.org is a website for a peer support group dedicated to supporting women in Lincoln and surrounding areas who have experienced domestic abuse and are no longer in an abusive relationship.
The group, established over 10 years ago and relaunched in April 2022, provides a free, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for women to heal and thrive. The team has extensive experience in the domestic abuse sector and personal experience with abuse. They offer a safe space for women to connect, build friendships, and achieve positive life changes.
The site also offers information on domestic abuse, explains challenges faced by victims, and provides contact details for various support helplines. Donations are welcomed to help them continue their services.
